  • Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini, sliced & cut into small slices
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Step 2: Place Zucchini slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over it as you see fit. Season with 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese.
  • Step 3: Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Zucchini should be tender and golden brown color.
