Tomato Basil Salmon

- 2 6 ounce boneless salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use a baking sheet and place a piece of foil on it. Put the salmon fillets onto the foil, sprinkle with basil, top with tomato slices, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

Bake in the oven until the parmesan cheese is lightly browned for about 20 minutes.
